The cause of the boot failure may be caused by power problems, motherboard power switch problems, motherboard power-on circuit problems, and so on. We need to rule out the cause of the search.

7. Then the ATX power plug into the motherboard power connector, and then use tweezers plug in the motherboard power sockets of the Green Line hole and the side of the black hole, so that ps-on pin grounding, forced to boot, to see if it can boot.
8. If you can boot, it is the motherboard boot circuit failure, check the motherboard boot circuit damaged components (usually door circuit or power-on transistor damage or I/O damage); If still unable to boot, it is the motherboard CPU power supply problem or reset circuit problems or clock circuit problems, and then check the problems of these circuits, troubleshooting.
