computer hard drive can't format what's going on
Computer hard disk can not be formatted solution one:
We try to get into the system's CMD command mode and then enter "format d:-U" in the Open Interface, and the carriage return is forced to format.

1, we go back to the desktop right click on My Computer or computer in the pop-up menu click "Properties" to enter and then click the "Advanced system settings" option, as shown in the following figure;
2, in the pop-up dialog box to switch to the "Advanced" tab, and then click Set Performance below the "Settings" button, in the Pop-up Performance Options window to switch to the "Advanced" tab, and then click Virtual Memory under the "Advanced" button;
3, in the open window we will "automatically manage the paging file size of all drives" check the status, and then select the next virtual memory (paging file) storage partition (D)-select "No Paging File", click the Settings button, and then click OK to exit.
4, and then under the cmd command input "format d: U" carriage return.
