Using the Tools menu

Double hit open IE browser, click the "Tools" menu in the Open window, and select the "Internet (options)" Menu from the pop-up menu.

Using the Internet Options dialog box

Click the General tab in the Bounce dialog, and in the home page, to create a home page tab, type the address (R) at each address line. text box, enter the home page address of the site you want to set up.

Finally, click the OK button in the dialog box to complete the setup.
