Step one: After opening the software click on "Hard disk partition lost/damaged" mode it can restore the data we deleted, or formatted data.

Step Two: Then locate the disk where the missing file is located, and click Next as shown in the figure.

Step Fourth: Scan the results of the lookup scan, check the files that need to be recovered, and then go to the next step to recover, if no recovery can try to use the "universal recovery" mode to scan again.

Step Fifth: Select a disk to store the files that need to be recovered, and then click Next.

Note: In the recovery, it is best to return to the hard drive where it was lost, so the success rate will be higher.
