Computer QQ in Windows 7 system cannot play voice message

1. We click on the sound icon in the lower right corner of the Windows taskbar, as shown in the pop-up and click on "Playback Device".

2. Then in the open sound interface we click the following figure below the Realtek digital output and then click on the properties.

3. Go to the attribute level we click the inside "Level" tab and then mute the trumpet, as shown in the following figure.

4. Then switch to the playback interface we right-click, Realtek digital output and then pop click "Disable", as shown in the following figure.

5. Now you will find the small sound icon below the taskbar to add an X, now we click on it, and then click on the pop-up menu "Volume control Options" as shown in the picture.

6. Then in the Open "Volume control options" We can select the following figure.
