Compuware closes deal for dynatrace

Compuware acquired dynatrace at US $256 million and integrated it with compuware's performance testing tool. Compuware has acquired dynatrace in a US $256 million all-cash deal that brings together compuware's Application Performance Tools with dynatrace's purepath Technology for metrics and visibility between SS development and business units.
