Conditional Split Component Usage

Conditional split is used to split the data flow by condition, with name and condition for each output.

The data flow follows the condition row by line, and if match, the row enters the corresponding output. If the data row does not match any of the condition, then a row will enter Defaultoutput, which is similar to the switch statement in C. For match, string constants are identified with double quotation marks: "string" and equals sign using = =.

In conditional Split Editor, SSIS designed the input columns, variables, and parameters, as well as commonly used functions, to be dragged directly when using these item.

Condition can be parameterized, with parameters or variables to set the condition.
