Save multiple toolbar configurations
One, follow the needs of the built-in menu (built-in menu: The menu provided with Microsoft Office, which is not created by the user.) and Toolbars toolbar: Buttons and options that contain executable commands in the toolbar. To display the toolbar, on the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Toolbars tab. Make changes, create various custom toolbars that you want to save, and then display the toolbar the way you want.
Operation method
1, click Customize on the Tools menu.
2, click the Toolbars tab.
3, click the "New" button.
4, in the Toolbar Name box, type the name you want, and then click OK.
5, click the Command tab.
6. Do one of the following:
Add a button to a toolbar
• Click a category in the Categories box.
• Drag the command you want from the commands box to the displayed toolbar.
Add a built-in menu to a toolbar
• In the Categories box, click Built-in Menus.
• Drag the menu you want from the commands box to the displayed toolbar.
7, after you have added all the buttons and menus you want, click Close.
Second, exit Excel.
Third, locate the document EXCEL.XLB.
Change the file name, but still retain the. xlb extension.
To use a saved configuration, open the renamed file by clicking Open on the File menu. The next time you exit the program, Excel creates a new Excel.xlb toolbar settings file.
Restore the initial settings for a button, command, or toolbar
You can rearrange and modify toolbar buttons, menus, and menu commands by using the mouse, or you can use the Rearrange Commands dialog box that is accessible through the keyboard menu. These tasks are identified as (accessible via the keyboard).
