Configuration process for DNS reverse address resolution

In the day-to-day IT operations, we often need to query the IP address of the corresponding host name, as well as anti-spam often use the Reverse address query function. DNS itself can also be used to complete the reverse resolution of the address settings, the type of reverse query we call it a PTR record (the reverse query is also called pointer query), each reverse address represents a PTR record with a period corresponding to a record, Reverse parsing and forward parsing are not quite the same in query mode, such as forward parsing is from the root (.), and in reverse parsing with. In-addr.arpa (this part of the content is fixed), if the reverse zone is created in the DNS we maintain, then we can use Nslookup to query the corresponding host name through IP address, as shown in the following figure;

1, open the DNS management console;
