Configure an SSH remote connection to CentOS

1. Configure IP
# Setup
Select NetWork configuration
Select Device configuration
Select eth0
Use DHCP [*] to change to [] Use space key to remove *
Enter 192.168.1.112 as the Static IP address.
Netmask input 255.255.255.0
Enter 192.168.1.1 as the Default gateway IP address.
Primary DNS Server Input 192.168.1.1

2. Modify the SSH port
Vim/etc/ssh/sshd_config
# Port 22
# Comment to 22 to 2200 (more than 2000)

3. Restart SSH
/Etc/init. d/sshd restart

4. Restart the network
Service network restart
Or
/Etc/init. d/network restart

5. view the port
Netstat-lnp | more

6. Disable Firewall
/Etc/init. d/iptables stop
