Configure: Error: zlib not installed solution appears when libpng is installed in centos6.0

When libpng is installed in centos6.0, configure: Error: zlib not installed is displayed, but zlib is obviously installed. Two Methods for searching online:

1. Enter the zlib directory and run the make clean command.

Reconfigure zlib

#./Configure (no parameters later)

# Make & make install

Install libpng

#./Configure -- prefix =/usr/local/libpng

# Make & make install

Successful

2. reconfigure libpng (this is not a try)

#./Configure -- prefix =/usr/local/libpng -- With-zlib =/usr/local/zlib/

# Make & make install
