Environment: The test is successful in red-flag Linux DC Server 5.0.

The procedure is as follows:
1. Modify the/etc/ftpusers file and insert the # symbol before root.
2. In the control panel service, set the proftpd Service Startup category to Automatic startup.
3. start proftpd (start or execute the command in the service: service proftpd start)
4. OK!

Note:
Stop ftp service: service proftpd stop
Start ftp service: service proftpd start
