The configuration steps are as follows;

The steps are simple because the database installation is not required here. follow these steps:

1. Install IIS for Windows 7

Go to Control Panel programs and functions to enable or disable Windows, and findInternet Information Service, Click the box above to fill it, as shown in:

 

After the installation is successful, open the browser and enter http: // 127.0.0.1 (open in a new window). If you enter the following interface, the installation is successful;

If you only need to access some html pages or use asp, you do not need to configure PHP. You can enter the control panel, administrative tools, and Inter Information Service (IIS) manager for simple settings, change the physical location of the website directory, and then place the page under the directory to access it (firewall needs to be disabled). You can also leave the directory unchanged. The default directory is in the corresponding location under drive C.

 

2. Download and configure PHP

1. Download PHP. Click here to download PHP5.3 from the official website. You can also go to the official website to view and download it → PHP For Windows.

2. decompress the downloaded zip package to drive C: \ php;

3. Go to control panel, administrative tools, and Inter Information Service (IIS) manager;

10. Modify the c: \ windows \ php. ini file (use NotePad to open the file), search extension = php, find the entry in the picture box, and;Delete;
