Install ssh server
Apt-get install openssh-server
You also need to configure vm port ing to connect to linux in the vm. Edit --> virtual network settings... --> nat tab
Edit button -- port transfer -- add a ing. The virtual ip address is your linux ip address, ssh port 22, and host port ing is a listening port in the window. OK.
In this way, putty can connect to linux in vm through localhost: mapped host port.
