Configure the _php instance of the PHP 5.3.2 Runtime environment under IIS7.0

First go to the PHP site to download the installation files used. Depending on the needs of your choice, I chose to install this version: Php-5.3.2-win32-vc9-x86.msi. You can download the selection as needed.
