1. Download The birt-report-designer-all-in-one-linux-gtk-x_x_x.tar.gz, a comprehensive development environment of Birt, RCP and PDDE
(Http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/build.php? Build = R-R1-2_2_1-200710010630)
2, download eclipse-RCP-x.x.x-delta-pack.zip cross-platform RCP development plug-in (Note: To be consistent with the above version of eclipse), install to the above development environment (http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.3.1.1-200710231652/index.php)

3. modify the content under the Configure tag of birt. product in org. eclipse. BIRT. report. designer. ui. rcp, and add the following plug-in dependencies:

Org. eclipse. core. filesystem. linux. x86
Org. eclipse. swt. gtk. linux. x86
Org. eclipse. update. core. linux

4. to display the progress bar, export the plugin_customization.ini file in the main plug-in org. eclipse. birt. report. designer. ui. rcp together.
