Configure the EditPlus editor to make it an editing and execution environment for Python, editpluspython

1. Add a Python Group

Run EditPlus, select Tools → configure user tools to enter the parameter settings box.

Click Add tool> application. Enter python in the menu text. The command is the installation path of Python. Input $ (FileName) as the parameter, Input $ (FileDir) as the initial directory, and select capture output as the action. Click OK.

2. Set Python highlighting and Automatic completion

To enable syntax highlighting and Automatic completion, You need to download two feature files at: http://www.editplus.com/files/pythonfiles.zip. After the download is complete, decompress the package to the EditPlus installation directory.

 

Set the feature file.

Select Settings & syntax, as shown in.
