Configure the Home Maven warehouse for Gradle to increase the download speed of the jar package.

The recent example of using Gradle to run some spring is particularly slow when downloading some jars because it is a foreign Maven repository that is visited.

Open source China provides a domestic MAVEN library, so it can be set up in Gradle, providing access speed. In the Build.gradle file, add:

"Http://maven.oschina.net" is the address of the open source China Maven library.
