The work environment is connected to the Internet through the HTTP proxy. Install subclipse to check out a public CodeWarehouse times: RA layer request failed SVN: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'xxx' error. The common online auth file issue is ruled out and it is determined that the HTTP proxy settings of subclipse are incorrect. Although there is a location for setting the HTTP proxy in eclipse, it is verified that this setting is invalid for subclipse. subclipse has its own configuration file for setting the proxy server. This file is % Appdata % \ subversion \ serversOpen this file, find the [Global] section, cancel the comment on the http-proxy-* related item, and set the corresponding value. subclipse can be used normally.
