Configuring Oracle Backup in Backup Exec 16

5. switch tothe DBA Settings page and add the user credentials to connect to this Oracle server operating system. 6. finally click the "OK" button to complete the configuration on the Oracle server, andthe Backup Exec Remote Agent Utility will be minimized to continue running on the system bar. And then restart Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems services.

7. log in to the backup server, open The console of the standby Exec, click the BackupExec icon in the upper left corner , select "Configuration and Settings"--"login account" to open the "Manage Login account" window

After the account has been added, click on the Backup Exec icon in the upper left corner of the main interface , select "Configuration and Settings"---"Backup Exec settings", and on the left side of the window select " Oracle". Enter the host name and IP address of the Oracle server in the "Enter Oracle server name" and click the "Add" button to add it; in the "Login account" drop-down option in section 8 The account you created in the step to connect to the Oracle server operating system

go back to the main screen, click the "Backup and Restore" button on the main screen, right click on the Oracle server icon that appears, click "Backup" to create a new backup job .
