Records How to configure SQL Server R2 Reporting Services locally, the author environment for Windows 7 64-bit + SQL server R2
First, the preparatory work
In fact, the preparation is simple, just open a few Windows Se from SQL Server configuration Manager, configuration Tools, Microsoft SQL Server R2 Rvices service can be.
Turn on the following services (you can open all the services if you don't have any.) If the report server is not used, it is better to close the service, because these services still occupy memory and affect performance.
Second, the configuration details
Open reporting Services Configuration Manager (how to open the reference first picture)
Connecting to a Report server instance
Switch to the web Service URL
Do not make any changes, click Apply (if the Apply button is not clickable, you can change some values, and then change back to the default value, such as TCP port first changed to 81, and then changed to 80, then apply can click)
Can see result results
Switch to database (because our report server instance already exists, we use this, otherwise you can choose Change Database as needed), and click Change Credentials
Configure as follows (if same, do not change), click Next
Using the default value, click Next
Change the credentials to the following configuration, then click Next
The summary interface is as follows, click Next
Can see the results of processing
Switch to the report Manager URL
Using the default values, click Apply (if apply cannot be clicked, process steps above), the results are as follows
At this point, the configuration is complete.
Next switch to the Web Service URL, open the URL, the following error occurred
Note: If you open the SQL Server Browser service on the second pair above, this error may not occur, and I have this error because of this, and then the problem disappears after I open the service. (So I only recommended to punch out all the services at the outset, so the most insurance)
Third, problem solving
Open Http://chuntingPC/ReportServer again, the following error appears
After lookup (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa337279 (v=sql.105). aspx), you find that you need to use a native Administrator account (Administrator) to log in. Then switch the local administrator account to try again, sure enough.
But this brings some trouble, can not always switch to log in with the administrator account, so it is necessary for us to add the local common account is chunting
Log in to the Admin interface http://chuntingPC/Reports, click Site Settings
Click on the following interface
Switch to security on the left, then click New Role Assignment
Configure as input as follows
After the configuration is complete, follow.
But we have to make sure that the administrator account you just created has the ability to publish and browse, first click the Home folder to return to the main screen.
Click Folder Settings
Click New Role Assignment
Check all permissions as set below
After the configuration is complete, the results are as follows
At this point, all configurations complete, switch back to the previous user chunting, and then log in to the Web service interface Http://chuntingPC/ReportServer and the report management interface Http://chuntingPC/Reports, The discovery can be logged in and displayed as normal.
