Configuring the Geowebcache Tile cache directory in GeoServer

In the war version of GeoServer, by default, Geowebcache tiles are cached in a directory on drive C. This directory is more subtle, and as the tile cache increases and the space becomes larger, it is recommended that you manually configure its switch cache directory.

How to configure: Add the Geowebcache Tile cache configuration in the GeoServer Web. xml file, specifying the tile cache directory:
