Here are some third-party database tools you can use to help you back up and consolidate big data sets. Database consolidation

There are 2 ways to help you integrate your data, both of which are described in the following sections:

1. Method 1 is the most standard method and process.

2. If your entire installation instance has more than 500MB attachments, use Method 2.
