Connect to MySQL 10061 grant

When the mysql database is installed in Ubuntu and cannot be linked with the Navicat client, the following error ERROR is reported: error 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

1) you can log on to mysql-uroot-p123456 on the server.

2) ping OK

3) grant all privileges on *. * to 'root' @ '%' identified by '000000'; flush privileges; grant external permissions to mysql on the server

4) comment out the skip in the Database Configuration my. cnt... And bing server address. The principle is 127.0.0.1.

5)/etc/init. d/mysql restart
