(2) B did not turn off the firewall (its own, and later installed may all be possible)
(3) B has not enabled the Guest account
(4) choose my computer> Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Security Settings> Local Security Policy> User permission assignment> refuse to log on from the network. Check if there is any. If there is a guest, delete it.
