One, constant

　　　　Const type constant name = constant value;

　　　　　　is similar to a variable declaration, but cannot be modified after adding a const

　　　eg

Variable declaration:

int n = 10;

n = 20;

Console.WriteLine (n);

Declaration of a constant:

const int n = 10;

n = 20; --------- Error
