1. Download Java EE version of Eclipse, download the following address:

2. Unpack and open Eclipse.exe, configure a suitable workspace

3. Configure Tomcat, click on the window in the Options bar, and click the Preferences option in the Drop-down list

in the pop-up window, open the Server tab, and then click its subkey runtime environments

Click Add ..., click Tomcat v6.0, and then click Next

then select the Tomcat path and click Finish
