How many people have put forward their constructive opinions or suggestions in good faith and sincerity?

The answer is very few, at least I think.

There are too many disruptive thinking around us.

Is constructive thinking hard? You can also take a small step forward.

In such a scenario, the latency of a very important project of the company is very high, and the leaders (or project managers) are very anxious to organize discussions and hope that you can actively speak and point out the problems.

A: the customer's requirements are constantly changing, which is too large before and after, and the demand research and definition in the early stage are not completed.

B: The project latency is normal because the workload is too heavy and some employees leave the company.

D: The project development needs have been fixed. Why is the project delayed. In view of the current situation of the project, I propose the following points:
First, release the recruitment information quickly, or we recommend that you recruit one or two developers to reward the recommendation.
2. We recommend that you add one item to the project management to ensure that the tasks are completed by quality and quantity in advance and included in the individual performance, so as to increase everyone's enthusiasm.
