Content and document management modules in the Winform development framework, winform Document Management

During project development, some HTML documents need to be edited in some scenarios. As part of the content publishing system, some documents such as Word documents need to be edited and managed, in this way, we need to properly manage these contents and documents. This article describes how to use ZetaHtmlEditControl to manage HTML content in the WInform project, and use the TX TextControl to manage Word documents. These two aspects are required for content and document management.

1. Content and document management module function Introduction

The entire module supports both the WInform framework and the hybrid development framework, which are based on WInform interface management. ZetaHtmlEditControl is used for HTML content management and TX TextControl for Word document management, the overall project functions are described as follows.

The content of a Word document is stored in binary format. Therefore, saving and loading does not lead to the loss of the Word document format. You can use the TX TextControl control without installing the Office system, the Word documents can be displayed perfectly, and the speed is very good.

ZetaHtmlEditControl can be used to manage HTML content. It can be selected from pasted images or local images and uploaded to the file server in a unified manner, for example, I added support for FTP upload and preview in the attachment management module in the previous article. In this way, the HTML content can be edited and the images in the file can be uploaded to the specified server immediately, very convenient.

The figure above shows how ZetaHtmlEditControl uses the "attachment management module" in the WInform development framework, so that we can reuse the content of attachment management.

TX Text Control is a function similar to MS Word Text processing controls, including document creation, editing, printing, mail merge, format conversion, split merge, Import Export, batch generation and other functions. It is widely used in enterprise document management, website content publishing, creation of medical record templates in electronic medical records, writing of medical records, modification history, continuous printing, and archiving of medical records. The main function of this control is to use it as an editor for Word and other documents. The overall display effect is very close to that of native WORD. It is a very good control suite.

Using the TX TextControl Control, this article describes how to use TX Text Control to edit and display a Word document in a project, we mainly use it to quickly load and perfectly display the components of WORD or PDF content, as shown in the following interface.

 

2. Data design and interface of the content and document management module

This module uses a table to store two different types of data, including HTML content and Word documents, as well as tracking records that are read by those users. The database design is as follows.

The storage of attachments reuse the content of the attachment management module. Its table design also has only one table. We can easily manage and maintain attachments. The table design is shown below.
