Recently, due to customer upgrade, all development and test environments must be upgraded to version 6.5 SP3, including Content Server 6.5 SP3 and webtop6.5 SP3. To migrate applications and adjust workflows, you must install process builder, process engineer, application install, Application Builder, and composer.
The installation sequence of these software is as follows:
1. Install Content Server 6.5 SP3. The installation process is similar to that of Content Server 6.0;
After the content server is installed, update the corresponding data_dictionary Character Set and add CN (Chinese ).If you want to add a local Chinese pack to a later application, you must first perform the following operations.
Procedure:
C: \ Documentum \ DBA \ config \ data_dictionary.ini CN unblocking , and copy the file to C: \ Documentum \ product \ 6.0 \ bin
InC: \ Documentum \ product \ 6.0 \BinRun in Directory
Dmbasic -F dd_populate.ebs-e Entry_point -- < Repository_name > < Username > < Password > Data_dictionary.ini
2. Install Documentum composer6.5 to install the corresponding Dar package. Before installing and running composer, jdk1.5 must be installed and the corresponding java_home parameter must be set.
3. install application installer 5.3 for D 6.5 to verify whether other application installation packages exist;
4. Install applicaiton Builder5.3 For D 6.5When builder is installed, the system can automatically install the installer at the same time;
5. Install process engineer 6.5 SP2. The version number corresponds to the 6.5 SP2 version of process builder,The system automatically installs the DAR package of tcmreference during installation.;
6. Install process Builder 6.5 SP2,Install the corresponding process builder. Dar package after installation.
