Contextloaderlistener error in eclipse error with spring MVC initialization

Eclipse Error: Java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:ContextLoaderListener

At first my project was completely operational, but then it was submitted to GitHub and then pulled down.

I've had this problem for a long time, and then I found out that there are two kinds of situations.

1: Project Java environment, may pull down code after it will be compiled with jdk1.5 package, you may need to re-specify its JDK version.

2: As some people on the Internet say, click on the properties of the project, find deployment assmbly, and then see if Maven dependencies have joined, no words add again.

Generally after the above two methods of the problem can be solved. If you can't solve the problem, then build a project again!
