Conversion between byte arrays and objects

Objects may need to be transmitted during network communication. If NiO is used, only bytebuffer and channel can be used directly.

Bytearray * stream and object * stream can convert byte arrays and objects.

1. byte array to object:

2. Convert the object into a byte array
