Before conversion of standard coal from various energy sources, the actual average calorific value of various energy sources is calculated, and then the standard coal is converted. The heat calculation method is to find the heat entropy of each kilogram minus the heat entropy of feed water (or return water) in the entropy diagram (table) based on the temperature pressure of steam and hot water at the exit of the boiler, the number of steam or hot water produced by the current boiler (read by the flow meter) is calculated. If some enterprises do not have a flow statement with steam or hot water, if there is no entropy chart (table), it can be estimated using the following method:
(1) The water supply volume of the boiler reduced the loss of sewage and other losses during the reporting period, as the output of steam or hot water.
(2) In the case of closed-circuit supply of hot water, the heat entropy per kilogram is calculated by 20 kcal. For example, when the open-circuit supply is enabled, then, the entropy per kilogram is calculated based on 70 Kcal (the outlet temperature is considered to be 90 ℃, and the return temperature is 20 ℃ ).
(3) saturated steam, pressure 1-2.5 kg/square centimeter, temperature 127 ℃ or above of the heat of 620 kcal, pressure 3-7 kg/square centimeter, the temperature between 135 ℃ and 165 ℃ is 630 kcal. The pressure is 8 kg/square centimeter, and the temperature above 170 ℃ is calculated by 640 kcal for each kilogram of steam.
(4) overheated steam, pressure 150 kg/square centimeter, per kilogram of heat entropy: less than 200 deg C according to 650 kcal calculation, 220 deg C-260 deg C according to 680 kcal calculation, 280 deg C-320 deg C according to 700 thousand card, 350 deg C-500 deg C according to 700 thousand card calculation. Converts the data into a value of 4.1868.
2. Conversion of Heat Unit "kilobytes" and standard coal "tons"
The calculation units of "steam" and "Hot Water" in the energy conversion coefficient are "kilobytes", but in the "Basic information table" (in energy consumption) the "steam" calculation unit is "steam tons", and the "hot water" calculation unit in other energy consumption (discount standard coal) is "tons", so further conversion is required, only in this way can we meet the requirements for filling in the "Basic Information Form". The calculation is based on the national standard of 7000 kcal discount per ton and 1 kg standard coal:

There are two calculation methods for the calorific value of Electric Power: one is calculated based on the theoretical calorific value, and the other is calculated based on the coal consumption of thermal power generation. Each method has its own purpose. The theoretical calorific value is calculated based on the thermal power equivalent of 860 calories per power, that is, 0.1229 kg standard coal. Based on the coal consumption of thermal power generation, each year is different. To facilitate the comparison, the National Bureau of Statistics will use 0.404 kg standard coal for each electric power, which will serve as the standard coal coefficient for power conversion in the future.
