Convert documents in other formats to PDF Format

For office documents (Word, Excel, and PPT)

Office 2007 can install a plug-in. Save as PDF.

Offcie 2010 comes with it.

We recommend that you use Kingsoft's WPS software to directly output documents in PDF format.

1. Install the tiny. PDF software (: http://pan.baidu.com/share/link? Consumer id = 405413 & = UK = 67465334)

After the download, open it and click "Install" on the page.

 

2. open the document in another format, and click "print". On the displayed print page, select "tinypdf" for the printer and print it with the printer, you can save the file as a PDF document.
