Converts a string to a color name recognized by the system.

One function is to allow users to input colors as a parameter. But how do we verify it? Is the input string a color name that can be recognized by the system?

Users may enter:
"Blue" --> color name
"# Ff0000" --> html
"100,149,237" --> rgb: red, green, blue
"0xFF00" or "36095" --> Fromole
& Quot; 14822282 & quot; -- & gt; FromWin32
