I am about to leave, and a very important job is to organize the machine environment. I have been using domain users in my company, but I can't log on to my domain after I leave my company. I used to use many user settings and use new local users for configuration again, it is no less than reinstalling the system once. I was so lazy that I didn't want to do that. So I began to find a solution on the Internet and saw a post to enable local user configuration to continue to be used in domain users, according to the core content, the system completes the things that were originally found to be abnormal and troublesome.

The core idea is to use the user configuration file copy function in Windows system information, which has never been known before.

1. Because you need to use a local account in the future, you need to create a local account and add it to the Administrator group. Suppose it is called localuser. The following command line is very convenient to create.

Net user localuser 123456a? /Add

Net localgroup administrators localuser/Add

2. Because the operation must be performed between the domain user and the local user, a third-party user must be used in the operation process. Otherwise, a file will be prompted to be used.

Repeat the commands in 1 and create a trans user.

3. log on to localuser once and create a local directory.

4. Log On With a trans user. Choose my computer> Properties> Advanced Tab> User Configuration File area and click "Settings". The user configuration file page is displayed, and the copy source user is selected, that is, my domain users click Copy. On the displayed page, click "Browse", select the directory to be copied, and click "change", because there is still some information on domain control, however, local users cannot copy data from the domain control. Therefore, you need to enter the domain logon information and start waiting for replication.

5. After the copy is complete, use the localuser user to log on. Oh, isn't it perfect? It's almost the same as the user settings used for several years. Check Visual Studio. After losing the vstfs password, almost all settings remain unchanged. There are also mailboxes, haha, the password is also OK, account settings, the original emails are all in.

A lot of things have been done in a dozen minutes. One question is, what has been done in this copy operation? Can we do it manually?
