Three methods of generating bitmap with CorelDRAW combined with Photoshop

(a) Select the appropriate object in the CorelDRAW, COPY, and then open a new file in Photoshop, paste it up, this is the easiest way (hereinafter referred to as "clipboard Method");
This method is simple and easy to use, do not generate intermediate files, the disadvantage is poor image quality, due to the conversion from the Clipboard, so the image is coarser, no anti-aliasing (Anti-alias) effect, is a method not advocated.

(ii) Use the CorelDRAW "Output" function (some versions are called "Export") in CorelDRAW to output the CorelDRAW vector graph as a bitmap ("Dot Matrix").
The image generated by this method is better than the quality of the Clipboard method, so many users use this method, but there are drawbacks compared to the "EPS" method.

(c) In fact, there is a better way to use the CorelDRAW output command to output the graphics to EPS format, and then use place in Photoshop, to achieve vector to the lattice conversion (hereinafter called "EPS" method).
The main advantage of this method is that the output to the EPS file, graphics are still vector graphics, rasterize (raster) is the last in Photoshop, so the output process and the final image resolution is irrelevant, the final image quality, Depends on the resolution of the image you have placed in Photoshop. "Bitmap" Once the output, the resolution is determined, if the image needs to be magnified, there will be obvious sawtooth, and "EPs method" regardless of the size of the image, the quality is still as good.

Here we specify the operation of the "EPS" method:

First, complete your graphics in CorelDRAW, and select the appropriate section to output.
Then select "Output", click the "only select part" option, format select "EPS", set the filename, OK.
Start Photoshop, open a new size appropriate file, select "Place" on the "FILE" menu, choose the EPS graphic that you just output in CorelDRAW, and then the image box will appear in the new document, you can pull the image box to change its size (hold down shift to constrain the height-to-width ratio), Finally double-click in the box, the graphic is placed into the photo shop.

There are several issues to be aware of using this approach:

1. The option "Anti-alias PostScript" in "preference" in Photoshop should be selected;

2.EPS format is a professional printing industry in the general format, so its internal color is in CMYK format, in the output into the EPS process, some colors beyond the CMYK gamut will be converted;

3. Some too complex graphics (such as too many gradient fills) are prone to error during conversion.

Summary: When the image requirements are not high, you can use the simple and efficient "clipboard method" or "Bitmap Method", in the higher requirements of the occasion (such as the production of printed text), you can use the "EPS method" to achieve higher image quality.
