Coreseek error Connection to 127.0.0.1:9312 failed (errno=0, msg=)

Today, the installation of Coreseek 3.2.14 under CentOS is configured to search for results under commands, but in PHP it is not possible to connect to the search server with the following error message:

Connection to 127.0.0.1:9312 failed (errno=0, msg=)

Toss for a while to find the cause of the error, is because I installed the LNMP one-click installation package, php.ini disabled some functions, including Sphinx API required a function Fsockopen. Modify PHP.ini

/usr/local/php/etc/php.ini

Find Disable_functions to remove the fsockopen from the inside of the line.
