Correctly install django-socketio and django-socketio

You can directly use pip for installation and cannot run even the example project...

The key to normal use is to use the correct version of the dependency package.

• Django (1.5.5)
• Django-socketio (0.3.2)
• Gevent (0.13.6)
• Gevent-socketio (0.2.1)
• Gevent-websocket (0.2.3)
• Greenlet (0.4.4)

The gevent version must be earlier than 1.0. Other versions of 0.X have not been tested.

In addition, gevent-socketio needs to be modified to the following in handler. py:
