Cable tray

Function:The crane bridge is a kind of mobile metal structure. It bears the quality of the truck and is supported on the track by the wheel. Therefore, it is the main bearing component of the crane.

 

Composition:It is composed of the main girder (long), the end girder (short), the trolley track, and the walking guardrail.

Steel frame structure:It has a box structure and a truss structure. In addition, there are circular and steel shapes. -Box beam is the most widely used.

Differences between the box girder and the truss girder:

(1) under the same conditions, the truss structure is higher than that of the box girder, but the knots are prone to stress concentration or even cracks;

(2) the box structure is relatively heavy;

(3) convenient manufacturing of box structures;

(4) the box structure can use an angular bearing box, and there is a stress concentration in the connection with the end girder, which is prone to cracks.

Hidden danger structure:

1) there is a stress concentration at the bearing frame of the end girder connection angle of the bridge crane, and cracks may occur at the site.

2) the main and end beam connection parts of the bridge crane are relatively strong and are prone to cracks.

3) for a crane with a truss structure, the node plate is a part with many cracks.

Technical requirements:

(1) after the test run, when the no-load vehicle is located at the cross-end, the main girder should have a uniform arch, and its arch is not less than 1/1000 of the bridge crane span;

(2) when the vehicle stops at the center of the bridge to lift the rated load, the elastic deflection value generated by the main girder should not exceed 1/700 of the span (calculated from the actual arch value): the deflection is 1/500, and the resistance is increased by 40%.

(3) when the static load test is performed for 25% of the rated load, permanent deformation of the cable tray is not allowed.

Vehicle operating mechanism and transmission principle

Trolley

: It mainly includes a small frame, a trolley running mechanism and a lifting mechanism.

 

Composition:

1) the vehicle operating mechanism includes driving, transmission, bearing and braking devices.

2) the four wheels of a vehicle (half of which are active wheels) are fixed at the four corners of the frame. The wheels are generally grouped parts with an angular bearing box.

3) the motor of the operating mechanism is installed on the table of the small frame. Because the motor shaft and the axle are not in the same horizontal plane, the vertical three-level cylindrical gear reductor is used.

4) between the motor shaft and the axle, use a full gear coupling or a half gear coupling with a floating shaft to compensate for the deformation of the small frame and the installation error.

: The crane car is divided into single-girder and double-girder, with a small frame, lifting mechanism, car driving mechanism composition.   In addition, there are protective devices such as buffers and guardrails on the car. The frame is divided into casting and welding structures. Generally, the welding structure is used.  

 

Driving principle of the car ::

 

: The motor of the vehicle running mechanism is installed on the table of the small frame. Because the motor shaft and the axle are not in the same horizontal plane, the vertical three-level cylindrical gear reductor is used. : Consists of motors, brakes, coupling, reducers, wheels, transmission shafts, etc.

Hoisting mechanism

Composition of the hoisting mechanism ::

: The lifting mechanism is mainly composed of the driving device, transmission device, winding device, take device and brake device. In addition, you can also install various auxiliary devices as needed, such as a limiter and a weight limiter. The lifting mechanism can be divided into single-hook lifting mechanism and double-hook lifting mechanism.

 

Transmission principle ::

When the motor is powered on, the electromagnetic torque is generated. The coupling and transmission shaft are input to the high-speed shaft of the gearbox, and the gear transmission of the gearbox is slowed down to drive the reel to rotate with a fixed axis, so that the wire rope with a device is wound in or out of it, so that the hanging object can be raised or decreased. In order to ensure that the hanging objects can be stuck in any space without slipping hooks, a brake wheel and brake are installed at the end of the input shaft of the reductor. Two brakes are installed in the M6, M7, and M9-level hoisting mechanism.
