Create a Python virtual environment

Take window as an example:

After installing Python, open cmd, command line input: Pip install virtualenv, installation process see

Enter the directory where you want to install the virtual environment, command-line input: Virtualenv-p D:\Python36\python.exe scrapy3, where D:\Python36\python.exe is the Python installation path, Scrapy3 is the name of the virtual environment directory, see the installation process
