Create a startup script for Nginx

In the installation of Nginx, Nginx did not start quickly.

It is started by/usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx.

Now to make a startup script can be started under init.d/.

2. Create an edit Init.d/nginx

   Vim/etc/init.d/nginx
