1. Create a new file and set up a grid
CTRL + N Create a new document with the following parameters set, and make sure that the "Make new object and pixel grid snap" check box at the bottom of the dialog is checked before clicking OK.

2. Create the background and main shapes
Step 1
Set the color at the bottom of the toolbar to r:180 G:13 B:7, stroke to None, select the Rectangle tool (M), click on your artboard to open a rectangular window: 610px width, 810px, click OK, and then open the Alignment Panel (Window > Alignment). Set the alignment artboard (as shown in the following illustration), and then click Align Center horizontally, align Vertically center button. Move to the Layers panel, open the existing layer, double-click the < path, and rename back to background.

Step 2
Set the fill color in r:246 g:169 b:81, select the Text Tool (T) and click on your artboard. Add "Stop playing with your food", use the "Porty" font, and other settings as shown:

Step 3
Select text, shift+control+o (text > Create contour), Shift+control+g ungroup, Control+8 (Object > Compound path > Build) Set the yellow shape to an entire path. Then move to the Layers Panel (Window > Layer), double-click the layer where the compound path is located, and rename to "paragraph".

Step 4
Focus on the layers panel to hide the "paragraph" Compound path. Select the Text Tool (T), click on the artboard, create a new text, enter 26 English letters and 0-9 Arabic numerals. Set the parameters as follows:

Make sure the text is selected, the shortcut key shift+control+o (text > Create contour), shift+control+g the outline combination.

Step 6
Displays the "paragraph" compound path in the layers panel. Return to the artboard and scatter the letters around the "paragraph", as shown in the following figure.

Select the shape of some letters and press Alt+shift+control+d (Object > Transform > Transform separately). The parameters are set as follows:

Select all the letter shapes, open the Panel (Window > Pathfinder), create a composite shape, and rename it to "letters"

Step 9
Select two compound paths, copy (Control+c > Control+f). Select replicas and turn them into a single compound path (CONTROL+8). Re-select the BG shape and the previously copied compound path (control+c > Control+f), minus the top level through the path finder. Select the resulting path, fill the color r:102 g:45 b:145.

Step 10
Select the Purple shape group and select Copy (Control+c > Control+f). Turn it into a compound path (control+8), set the fill color to white, rename the new compound path to "all" in the layers panel, and then hide the layer. A little thicker you'll need it.

Step 11
Re-select the purple shape, shift+control+g ungroup. Select the purple in the center of the artboard and turn them into a compound path. Select the compound path and populate it with r:0 g:104 b:56. Move to the Layers panel and double click on the green compound path to rename "center"

Step 12
Select the remaining purple shapes (select only one of them and then select > Same > Appearance) to convert to a compound path (control+8). Select the new compound path and fill it with r:28 g:117 b:188. Move to the Layers panel, double-click the blue compound path and rename it to "edges".

3. Add the details around the screen for four weeks
Step 1
Turn off the "center" and "edges" in the layers panel and open the compound path of "all". Select all and open the Appearance Panel (Window > Appearance). Select an existing fill, the value is modified to r:206 g:55 b:0, and add effects (Effects > Styling > Inner Glow), enter properties, as shown in the following figure, click OK.

Step 2
Select all to open the Appearance Panel (Window > Appearance) and add a new fill (blue arrow in the following figure). Select this new fill, set color to black, opacity to 35%, change blending mode to soft light; object > Path > Offset path, input-20px offset value, click OK; effect > Blur > Radial blur, numeric setting as shown:

Step 3
Select all to open the Appearance panel, add a 2pt stroke, set the color to black, align inside, reduce its opacity to 20%, and change the blending mode to soft light. Add a new stroke (the blue arrow in the following figure), the color is set to black, the size is set to 4pt, the inside is aligned, the opacity is 15%, the blending mode is soft; a third new stroke is added, the color is set to black, the size is 6pt, the inside is aligned, the opacity is 15%, and the blending mode is soft.

Step 4
Open "edges" in the layers panel. In the selected state, use black instead of blue, reduce its opacity to 50%, change blending mode to overlay, Effect > Artistic effect > Plastic Packaging, Value set as follows, click OK; return to Appearance panel, add new fill, set color white, change blending mode to soft light, effect > Artistic effects > sponges. The values are set as shown below and click OK. Add a second new fill, set the color to white, change the blending mode to soft light, Effect > Artistic effect > Sponge, click OK.

Step 5
Open "Center" on the layers panel, in the selected state, modify the fill, replace the green with black, reduce its opacity to 60%, change the blending mode to overlay, Effect > Artistic effect > Plastic Packaging, numerical settings as follows; Add a second new fill, set the color to white, change the blending mode to soft light, Effect > Artistic effect > Sponge, the numerical setting is shown in the following figure, click OK.

Step 6
In the Layers panel, select all to copy (Control+c, control+f) and move it to the previous layer (ctrl+shift+]), select the layer, and click D to replace the default color with the existing appearance attributes (filled with white, 1pt black strokes). Go back to the Appearance panel, remove the black strokes, replace the existing fill color with r:246 g:169 b:81, opacity 50%, blending mode for soft light, Effect > Sketch > Chrome yellow, set the figure below, click OK.

4. Add details to "letters"
Step 1
Edit > Preferences > General, Keyboard increment set to 1px. Select "Paragraph", move it to the front (ctrl+shift+]) and duplicate the two layers (Control+c > Control+f > Control+f). Select the top copy layer, press the UP ARROW key, move 1px, select two duplicate layers, and click in the pathfinder to subtract the above layer. Combines the resulting shapes into a compound path (control+8), setting the fill color to r:180 g:13 b:7, setting opacity to 25%, and blending mode to soft light.

Step 2
Select "Paragraph" and duplicate the two tiers (Control+c > Control+f > Control+f). Select the top copy layer, press the arrow keys two times, move 2px, select two duplicate layers, click in the pathfinder to subtract the above layer, combine the resulting shapes into a compound path (control+8), set the fill color to r:180 g:13 B:7, set the opacity to 25% , the blending mode is soft light.

Step 3
Select "Paragraph" and duplicate the two tiers (Control+c > Control+f > Control+f). Select the top copy layer, press the UP arrow three times to move 3px. When you select two copy layers, click Subtract the above layer in the pathfinder to combine the resulting shapes into a compound path (control+8), set the fill color to r:180 g:13 B:7, set opacity to 25%, and blend mode to soft light.

Step 4
Re-select paragraph, object > path > Path offset, enter -2px offset, click OK. Select the resulting shape and (Control+c > Control+f). Select the top copy layer, press the UP ARROW key, move 1px, click in the pathfinder to subtract the above layer, combine the resulting shapes into a compound path (control+8), set the fill color to white r:255 g:255 b:255, and change the blending mode to soft light.

Step 5
Re-select "paragraph", go back to the Appearance panel, select an existing fill, and click the Copy Selected item button (blue arrow in the image below). Select the newly added fill, Effect > Styling > Inner Glow Value Set as shown in the following figure, click OK, effect > Style > Outer glow, numeric settings as shown in the following figure, and then click OK.

Step 6
Re-select paragraph, go back to the skin panel and add a third fill. Select it, set color white, opacity to 30%, change blending mode to overlay, object > Path > Offset path, enter -6.5px offset value, click OK, Effect > distort and Transform > transform. The values are set as shown in the following figure, and then click OK.

Step 7
Re-select "paragraph" to return to the Appearance panel and add a fourth fill. Select it, set color black, opacity set to 35%, blending mode to color Dodge, Object > Path > Offset path, enter -6.5px offset value, click OK, Effect > Twist > Glass. The values are set as shown in the following figure, click OK, the effect > Distort and Transform > transform, the values are set as follows, click OK.

Step 8
Re-select "paragraph" to return to the Appearance panel and add a fifth fill. Select it, set color black, opacity set to 10%, change blending mode to soft light, object > Path > Offset path, input 1px offset value, click OK, effect > Brush stroke > Splash, numeric setting below, click OK.

Step 9
Make sure that the paragraph compound path is selected, return to the Appearance panel, select the bottom Fill button, and then select Effects > Styling > Projection five times in a row, and then click OK when the settings are complete.

Step 10
Select the compound path of "letters", move it to the front (ctrl+shift+]) and copy two copies (Control+c >control+f >control+f). Select the top-most copy and move the 1px. Then select two copies, click on the Path Finder (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) panel to subtract the top layer, combine the resulting shapes into a compound path (ctrl+8), set the fill color to r:180g:13 b:7, reduce its opacity to 25%, and blend mode to soft light.

Step 11
Re-select the compound path of "letters" and copy two copies (Control+c >control+f >control+f). Select the top-level replica and move the 2px. Select two copies, click on the Path Finder (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) panel to subtract the top layer, combine the resulting shapes into a compound path (ctrl+8), set the fill color to r:180 g:13 b:7, reduce its opacity to 25%, and change the blending mode to soft light.

Step 12
Re-letters the compound path and copy two copies (Control+c >control+f >control+f), select the top copy and move 3px, and then select two copies, in the Pathfinder (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) Click on the panel to subtract the top layer, combine the resulting shapes into a compound path (ctrl+8), set the fill color to r:180 g:13 b:7, reduce its opacity to 25%, and change the blending mode to soft light.

Step 13
Select the "letters" compound path again, then select the object > Path > Path offset, the displacement value is 1px, click OK. Select the resulting shape and copy (Control+c >control+f). Select the copy and use the down arrow on the keyboard to move the 1px. Select all the shapes in this step, click on the Path Finder (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) panel to subtract the top layer, set the fill color to white r:255 g:255 b:255, and change the blending mode to soft light.

Step 14
Re-select the "letters" compound path, select Object > Path > Path offset, displacement value 3px, click OK. Select the resulting shape and copy (Control+c >control+f). Select the copy and use the UP arrow on the keyboard to move the 1px. Select all the shapes in this step, click on the Path Finder (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) panel to subtract the top layer, set the fill color to r:180g:13 b:7, change the blending mode to soft light, then select Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur, Radius set to 1px, click OK.

Step 15
Next, you need to copy the appearance settings of the "paragraph" Compound path and paste it onto the "letters" compound path. You can follow these steps to make it easy to copy a large number of appearances: Back to the Layers panel, on the right side of the layers panel, you'll notice that each shape has a small circle icon behind it, which is called the target icon. Press the ALT key, click on the "paragraph" target icon, and drag onto the "letters" compound path, the "paragraph" compound path's appearance settings are copied to the "letters" compound path.
After the copy is complete, you need to make some minor changes. Select the letters compound path, click to open the Appearance panel: first, open the five fill color drop-down shadow effect, change the color to (for effect) r:50 g:0 b:0; move to a white fill, open an existing path offset effect, and change the offset value to -8px; Adjust the white fill, select the White fill, Select Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur, Blur radius to 2px, click OK.

5. Add the final details
Step 1
Select the "BG" rectangle, copy a copy (Ctrl + C > ctrl+f) and move it to the front (ctrl+shift+]). Select this copy to reduce its opacity to 50%, change the blending mode to soft light, modify the color to the radial gradient shown in the following figure, and the yellow 0 on the gradient bar to represent the opacity percentage.
