Create Server Certificate command

There are three ways to obtain a digital certificate, one is to apply from the CA institution, the other is to build the server publishing certificate, and the third is to use Makecert.exe to generate a certificate file. Here we use Makecert.exe to generate a certificate file for testing. Start the VS2010 command line and enter the following command to generate a certificate that can be used by all level two domain xxxx.example.com.
