This section is the third and last part of creating Volume: the Cinder-volume process.

The first and second parts refer to the previous two subsections.
Cinder-volume creates volume through driver and logs to/opt/stack/logs/c-vol.log.

Similar to Cinder-api and Cinder-scheduler execution, Cinder-volume also started a flow to complete volume creation, and flow is named Volume_create_manager.
