Crystal Report login Problems

I use vs2005 and SQL2000 databases to create a simple crystal report. However, I am prompted to log on when I open the display Crystal Report page. The login box is as follows:

However, the database name cannot be entered. If you do not need to log on to crystalreportviewer, a message is displayed.

"Logon Failed. Details: crdb_adoplus: the instance of the object is not referenced. File c: \ windows \ temp \ crystalreport {13932af6-4256-471c-b0f5-5b772d06bf2f}. Error in RPT: Unable to connect: Incorrect logon parameter ." This information.
