1 Set c:windows\temp Directory access rights temp--> Properties--security--> Add Network Service--and give it permission to read and write--ok

(Note: The operating system for Windows Server2003 Framework version 1.1 and above)

2 Set permissions for the Bin folder in the program directory of the publishing site to also add the network service and set permissions to read, run
