CSS hover iframe invalidation under IE

Expected: There is an IFRAME sub-element under a div, when the mouse moves to the Div, the IFRAME appears, move out then the IFRAME disappears, moving into the IFRAME will not cause the IFRAME to disappear.

Problem: Under Firefox results to meet expectations, under IE, the mouse into the IFRAME will cause the IFRAME to disappear, to determine that IE processing hover can not be very good to consider the situation of the IFRAME.

Workaround: Use native JS (onmouseover, onmouseout) or jquery (hover) to bind the mouse move-out event issue to be resolved.
