CSS Position Summary

Relative: The top,right,bottom,left can be offset relative to its own position, and if none, the offsets will not work.

Absolute: Find the parent node nearest position to relative or absolute, relative to where it started from padding (that is, only from the upper left corner of the padding), rather than the margin, if none, is relative to the body position,

Fixed: A special absolute positioning, its position is always relative to the body positioning, IE6 does not support this, need to do some compatibility

The default value of Static:position, which is typically not set when the Position property is configured, is arranged according to normal document flow.
