Today I use the curl command to appear anyway:

Curl: (7) Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 Port 1086:connection refused

Looking for a long time, do not know what the problem, and later found that Curl has a configuration file:

~/.curlrc

The contents are:

SOCKS5 = "127.0.0.1:1086"

Just comment it out.
